SYNTHA-6 is one of BSN's 3 proprietary protein blends and growing fast in popularity due to it's great flavors and number of cool features. SYNTHA-6 gets its name from the 6 different protein and amino acid sources used as the foundation of this protein: Whey Protein Concentrate, Micellar Alpha-and-Beta Caseins and Caseinates, Whey Protein Isolate, Egg Albumen, Calcium Caseinate and Milk Protein Concentrate. Each of these protein sources has unique benefits so having them all in one product is ideal. By combining fast releasing whey proteins with slower releasing egg and casein proteins, you'll get a steady sustained delivery of protein to your muscles. This is preferable to large doses of whey protein which absorb quickly, so quickly that it may not all be utilized. SYNTHA-6 does contain substantial amounts of whey protein but the presence of other, slower-releasing proteins mean that you won't need or want another protein shake within just an hour or two of your whey shake.
Directions
RECOMMENDED USE FOR MALES: Take 1-2 scoops (equaling approx. 22-44 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz to 8-10 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice respectively. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk.
RECOMMENDED USE FOR FEMALES: Take 1 scoop (equaling approx. 22 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or body shaping requirements.
